Privacy policy

This policy explains how information may be processed when you use games and services published by Pivot Games Studios.

Effective: 22 July 2026 • Last updated: 22 July 2026

Plain-language summary: Our games do not require Pivot player accounts, cloud saves or social login. Advertising, analytics and diagnostic partners may automatically process technical, advertising and usage information. The exact services can differ by game, platform, region and app version.

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

Pivot Games Studios (“Pivot,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) publishes mobile games and related support services. This Privacy Policy applies to our games, this website and related player-support communications that link to this policy.

Contact: info@pivotgamestudios.com.

2. No Pivot player accounts

Our current games do not require you to create a Pivot Games Studios account and do not use Pivot-operated cloud saves or social login. We therefore do not ask players to provide a username, password, profile photograph or social-network login credential to play our current games.

If you contact us for support or a privacy request, we receive the information you choose to include in that communication, such as your email address, game name, device details and description of the issue.

3. Information that may be processed automatically

Depending on the game, app version, device, region and services enabled, we and our service providers may process:

  • Device and network information: device model, manufacturer, operating-system version, language, country or region, IP address, connection type and similar technical information.
  • Identifiers: advertising identifiers such as Google Advertising ID, app-instance identifiers, installation identifiers and other identifiers supplied by the device, operating system or an SDK.
  • Approximate location: a broad location inferred from IP address or device settings. Our games are not designed to request precise GPS location for ordinary gameplay.
  • App activity and gameplay events: sessions, levels, match events, feature interactions, ad interactions, progress events and timestamps.
  • Advertising information: ad impressions, clicks, views, completion events, frequency, attribution information, consent status and fraud-prevention signals.
  • Diagnostics: crash logs, performance data, error reports, memory or stability information and device-state information used to investigate technical problems.

4. How information may be used

  • Operate, maintain and improve game features.
  • Deliver, measure and limit advertisements.
  • Provide contextual or personalized advertising where permitted and where the required choice or consent has been obtained.
  • Measure installs, campaigns, engagement and game performance.
  • Detect invalid traffic, abuse, fraud and security incidents.
  • Diagnose crashes, compatibility issues and performance problems.
  • Respond to support and privacy requests.
  • Comply with law, platform rules and enforceable requests.

5. Advertising, analytics and technology providers

We use or may use third-party SDKs and services. The exact combination is not identical in every game and may change as our advertising and technology stack evolves. Providers may include:

Mediation platforms may also make advertising inventory available from additional authorized buyers and resellers. Our app-ads.txt file lists advertising-system accounts authorized to sell or resell inventory for our apps. A listing in app-ads.txt does not necessarily mean that a provider is embedded in every game or receives data from every player.

6. When information may be shared

Information may be made available to service providers that perform advertising, mediation, analytics, attribution, crash reporting, hosting, security, fraud prevention and player-support functions. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or complete a business reorganization or transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell information that you directly provide to us, such as the contents of a support email. Some privacy laws define “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” broadly enough to include certain advertising technology practices. Choices and rights relating to those practices are described below.

Where a legal basis is required, processing may rely on your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and improving our services, performance of a request you make, or compliance with legal obligations. Advertising personalization and storage or access to certain device information may require consent in some regions.

8. Your choices

  • Use in-game or platform consent controls where available.
  • Change advertising-personalization settings in your Google, Android, Apple or device settings.
  • Reset or delete the advertising identifier where your operating system provides that option.
  • Use provider opt-out tools offered by relevant advertising partners.
  • Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or another right available in your region.

Because our current games do not use Pivot player accounts, there is no Pivot account profile to delete. A request involving advertising identifiers may require you to provide the relevant identifier and enough information for us or a provider to locate responsive records. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.

9. Data retention

We retain direct support communications only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain records, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Third-party providers determine retention periods for information they process through their SDKs and services. Retention may vary by provider, data type, purpose and legal requirement.

10. International processing

Our providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, providers may use contractual, organizational or legal safeguards for international transfers. Review the privacy notice of the relevant provider for details about its processing locations and transfer mechanisms.

11. Children’s privacy

Our games do not ask children to create Pivot accounts or submit profile information to play. Parents and guardians should review the age rating, target-audience information and in-app disclosures for the specific game. Advertising and analytics partners may apply age-related restrictions and consent rules based on app configuration, region and information available to them.

If you believe a child has sent personal information directly to us through support without appropriate permission, contact us and we will review the request.

12. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information under our control. No mobile, network or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Website information

This Phase 1 website does not include third-party analytics or advertising scripts. Our hosting provider may process standard server logs, such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser information and security events, to deliver and protect the website.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our games, SDKs, legal obligations or business practices change. We will publish the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through an app or store listing where appropriate.
